

This is a recipe for Chicken Feet Adobo

Ingredients
• 1 kilo of chicken feet
• salt
• 2 to 3 cups water
• 1-1/2 cup vinegar
• ¾ cup soy sauce
• 1 head garlic, peeled and minced
• 2 onions, peeled and sliced
• 2 to 3 bay leaves
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil
Procedure
- Trim chicken feet of claws
- Scrub well with salt, rinse with water and drain
- In a pot over medium heat, add chicken feet, boil until tendered
- Remove from heat and drain.
- In another pan over medium heat, heat oil and combine the garlic minced, onions, bay leaves, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and water
- Wait until the chicken feet is really tendered
- Serve on a plate and enjoy!
