This is a recipe for Chicken Feet Adobo

Ingredients

• 1 kilo of chicken feet
• salt
• 2 to 3 cups water
• 1-1/2 cup vinegar
• ¾ cup soy sauce
• 1 head garlic, peeled and minced
• 2 onions, peeled and sliced
• 2 to 3 bay leaves
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil

Procedure

  1. Trim chicken feet of claws
  2. Scrub well with salt, rinse with water and drain
  3. In a pot over medium heat, add chicken feet, boil until tendered
  4. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. In another pan over medium heat, heat oil and combine the garlic minced, onions, bay leaves, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and water
  6. Wait until the chicken feet is really tendered
  7. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
